Poll on the possible creation of Singing Section and Away fans in Tier 3.

nb. this is where the mag as such stood on the subject when first proposed on March 1st.

As Ed I don't speak for anyone but myself, but we provide a voice for fans and want to know what you think. There can be no harm in talks, but with ALL fanzines and fans' groups and sides involved - I do think something HAS to be done as the atmosphere is approaching terminal decline now and we can either keep saying 'it's not like the old days' or do something about it. We are glad the club are apparently keen to talk over this, but we want them to involve fans rather than make decisions without proper dialogue.

(RN comment - RN supports the idea in principle, and has suggested it wants further meetings between ALL the fanzines, all MUFC fans' groups to proceed with direct consultation with supporters and all fanzine readers and supporter group members so that the fans tell these groups their thoughts on the proposal so it can then be taken to the club after fan input from as many people, groups, organisations as possible but the principle is supported in essence because quite simply, something has to be done to improve the atmosphere at OT)
