I am the secretary of the "Bagenalstown Red Devils". We are an official Manchester United Supporters Club based in Bagenalstown, Co. Carlow, Ireland. We currently have a membership of approximately 250 and we meet for most United games at The Red Lion Pub in agenalstown. We usually watch the games in the lounge. There are two large flat screens and lots of United photos and signed jerseys etc on the walls. The club decorate the premises with flags and scrarfs etc for every official meet up. The landlord Barth Murphy serves complimentary finger food such as chicken pieces, cocktail sausages, sandwiches etc during the games and all our junior members recieve free non-alcoholic cocktails such as the Vidic Wallbanger and the Rooney express plus free crisps.

For 'happening' bars and clubs, head for Guéliz and Hivernage. Clustered along Avenue Mohammed V, particularly around place Abdel Moumen ben Ali, are most of the city's bars, as well as a wide variety of restaurants, bistros and sidewalk cafes.
Bars: In the medina, the choice is limited.
The Hôtel Tazi, on the corner of Rue Bab Agnaou and Avenue Houman el Fetouaki, has big screen TVs and shows the games but is fairly unatmospheric, but it does have a good selection of imported and local beers.
Guéliz has a much greater range of bars, though there's a fine line between characterful and outright seedy. Chesterfield Pub, in the Hotel Nassil, 115 Avenue Mohammed V, pulls a respectable pint and shows Premiership football. The Café-Bar de l'Escale, Rue Mauretania, off Avenue Mohammed V has a big screen, shows matches, where beers can be taken out to the pavement tables, and Gali Galou, off Mohammed V at Rue Oum Errabia (near the Diamant Noir Hotel) shows games and offers a happy hour that extends until 2300.
